hello! i'm laura and i'm a staffordshire based family photographer
Family photography is not about forcing your screaming kids into awkward poses and repeatedly asking them to say cheese. It's not about perfectly symmetrical images with everyone looking and smiling. Family photography is about natural, authentic connections with the people that you love most in the world. It is about creating a record of the way that you see each other right now. It is about making the ordinary, day to day life beautiful.
It is about tapping into what makes your kids tick, chuckle and chat incessantly. That is what I offer. Family photography that is the heart of your family. Family photography that will make you want to display your love on your walls at home. Family photography that will be stored in huge albums and pulled off the shelf year after year.
To book your session there is a £50 session fee. This session fee can then be put towards any products that you choose to purchase after the session.
Included in your session fee is:

Choosing a photographer for our elopement was not an easy choice, mostly because I hated pictures of myself, and had an awful experience with a highly critical photographer in my past. We went back and forth about whether it was necessary, but ultimately, we wanted memories we could keep forever. Then I found Laura's page, and I fell in love with her style of photography that reminded my heart of exactly what I wanted our photographs to capture. Laura, has been nothing short of a beautiful individual with the kindest soul and I am so thankful that we chose her to be there and capture our day.
If you want a photographer who will make you feel comfortable in your own skin, capture candid pictures of yourself you'llgrow to love, and bring laughter and memories along with your wedding journey. Then I cannot recommend picking this bloody wonderful woman to be there to do just that.

Without doubt, the best landscapes that i’ve been lucky enough to see were in Iceland. We took a trip there last year, hired a little car and pootled our way from waterfall to waterfall. It’s all insanely beautiful. I would go back there in a heartbeat.
