I’ve known Naomi my whole life, so I was really thrilled when she asked me to shoot her Moddershall Oaks wedding. I’ve shot quite a lot of my friends weddings over the years and it’s always a real privilege to be trusted by people that i’m close to. Bridal prep started at Naomi’s parents house. A place where we had played for years as kids, watched Clueless and talked about boys as teenagers and she was now getting ready to marry the love of her life. Naomi and Kwesi decided to have their ceremony at their Naomi’s family church before venturing over to Moddershall Oaks for the reception. They chose a glittery, winter style with navy blue, sparkly bridesmaid dresses, blush pink table cloths and various bottles full of twinkling lights. It felt really romantic and really cosy. The blooms were created by the excellent Topiary Tree and the bridesmaids were dolled up by Emma Shackleton (makeup) and Alanna Whitehouse (hair). The day was full of so much joy and incredible food and music. We took advantage of the lovely autumn colours and took some couple portraits at a park near to Naomi’s family home. The hilarious speeches were followed by an outfit change for the couple some of the best dancing i’ve ever seen!
If you’re planning your Moddershall Oaks wedding, then i’d love to hear from you.
